Boutique Cafe — Istanbul

The cafe was approached not simply as a place where coffee is served but as a complete experience — somewhere to spend time at any hour, that supports social exchange and offers a strong atmosphere.

Its character was built on the balanced union of light cream tones, natural timber surfaces, terrazzo-textured floors and warm earth tones. Softened corners, arched transitions and rhythmic wall details gave the space a more fluid identity with real character.

Functionality led the service area, while coffee equipment and preparation zones were deliberately kept visible as part of the guest experience. Small-format ceramics around the counter, metal details and bespoke lighting strengthened the boutique character.

Decorative wall surfaces, mirrors and rattan textures brought warmth and lightness, while the timber ceiling grid and linear lighting established a more contemporary balance.
