This notice explains how personal data is handled on this website, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

This site sets no cookies
This website does not use cookies, local storage, session storage or any similar tracking technology. It runs no analytics and makes no requests to third-party services — fonts and all assets are served from our own domain.
For this reason no cookie consent banner is presented.
What data is processed
Two limited cases exist:
- Contact form — the form does not send anything to our server. It opens your own email application with the text you entered. Your data reaches us only if you choose to send that email. From that point we process the name, email address, telephone number and message content you provided.
- Server logs — like any website, requests are recorded by our hosting provider. These logs include IP address, time of request, page requested and browser information, and are kept for security and troubleshooting purposes only.
Purpose and legal basis
Data you send us is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and to carry out any resulting project relationship. Server logs are processed to keep the site secure and operational.
Legal basis: your explicit request and the legitimate interest of the data controller under KVKK Article 5, and where a contract follows, the necessity of processing for the performance of that contract.
Transfer and storage
The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure, which may store server logs on servers located outside Türkiye. Email correspondence is held in Google (Gmail) infrastructure. No personal data is shared with any other third party, sold, or used for advertising.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as the business relationship and the applicable statutory retention periods require, and is deleted afterwards.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect; to request its erasure or destruction; to request that such correction or erasure be notified to third parties; to object to a result arising from analysis carried out solely by automated means; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
