Burger Restaurant — Antalya

The space was approached so as to preserve its strong industrial character while offering a more ordered, contemporary and guest-focused dining experience.

The design language was set out through navy tones, light surfaces, metal details and exposed mechanical elements. Uncovered services and ceiling elements strengthen the industrial identity, while warm lighting and light-toned seating balance that severity with a more welcoming atmosphere.

The open kitchen was treated as one of the key parts of the design. Glazed partitions make the production area visible without severing it from the guest; stainless surfaces and professional equipment form a functional backdrop supporting the operation.

In the stair and service volumes, raw concrete surfaces, linear lighting and dark-toned details create a stronger, more dramatic transitional atmosphere.
