Duacı Villa
Warm beige tones in sympathy with the surrounding green, off-white surfaces and openings that draw the forest in.

In this villa set within the natural fabric of Duacı, Antalya, renovation, interior design and construction decisions were taken as a single, coherent approach shaped by the needs of the existing building.
Warm beige tones, off-white surfaces and natural timber details, all in sympathy with the surrounding greenery and daylight, formed the basis of the design. A restrained and timeless look was sought in the kitchen, with light-toned joinery and counter surfaces making the space read as brighter and more generous. Daylight through the wide openings and the forest view outside were made an essential part of the design.
In the bathroom, light-toned ceramic surfaces, a timber-detailed vanity, a glazed shower and plain fittings created a simple, warm and practical atmosphere. Throughout, material harmony, function and a timeless language that will hold its currency were preferred over ostentatious detail.
